As part of our ongoing dedication to our clients, we are offering “zero deposit fee” promotion! This means that FXCC will pay in full or partially the deposit fees charged by the payment processor when you deposit funds with us through any on FXCC’s acceptable payment methods.
Maximum amount of deposit fee covered by FXCC is 100 currency units from the total deposit fees charged by PSPs to any respective client.
FXCC will separately refund the amount of the transaction fee for deposits funded through FXCC's acceptable payment methods.
FXCC reserves the right to not pay your deposit fees or reclaim any deposit fees paid by FXCC for your funds in case of a withdrawal request with insufficient or no prior trading activities, or if any form of abuse is found relating to the “zero deposit fee” policy.

FXCC Company Policies

Net amount and deposit fee will be credited separately into your trading account
No third-party deposits are accepted
Withdrawal requests will be sent the same way the funds were received and up to the initial deposited amounts. Profits will be withdrawn using Bank Wire Transfer
The company minimum withdrawal amount per method is $50 unless otherwise specified on the above table
Minimum deposit limits are for consecutive amounts. First deposits made with FXCC should consider the account type required minimum
For alternative payment methods, FXCC does not set the maximum deposit amounts. For any queries this should be checked with the payment method provider
Please note that virtual cards are not an accepted payment method
Refund Policy: All payments to Client’s account are considered to be final and non-refundable. All withdrawals must be done using the withdrawal procedure of FXCC Finance Department. In case where a deposit is declined by FXCC or in an exceptional case, a refund can be done by request from the Credit/Debit Card organization, to the Credit/Debit Card from which the deposit was made
AML Policy: A valid and verified Proof of Identity and a Proof of Residence Document is required for each client prior to funding with FXCC
